Steel: high-strength steel

▎Column: The structure is very important
As a part of the semi-trailer structure, the column plays a role of supporting the box plate. Under different usage conditions, the styles are also varied, the common ones are:
● Common column form 1: Ordinary column
This kind of column is firmly welded to the bottom side beam, and the box plates on both sides are tightly locked by the column through the lock. This kind of column has good firmness and is not easy to loosen. It is widely used in semi-trailers. The disadvantage is that it is large-sized The cargo cannot be disassembled.
● Common column form 2: Follow-up column
The internal structure of this type of column is slightly more complicated than that of the above column. A locking mechanism is added from the inside of the column, and the column can be separated from the side beam or fixed together through an exposed switch.
Under the premise that the lock switch is turned on, open the door handle on the left side, and the upright column can move with the door on the right side, and vice versa. If the lock switch is turned off, and the left and right sides of the box doors are opened, the uprights and the side beams are fixed together firmly.
The shortcomings of this type of column are also obvious. The digging of the column will inevitably affect a certain strength, but it is difficult to make up for it by other means.
● Common column form: plug-in column
Square tube: thicker can be stronger
The types of square tubes are much simpler. Generally, the square tubes on trailers are basically 6*4. If you want to achieve stronger anti-expansion capacity, you need to use 5*5 square tubes. The square tube is thicker, and the capacity of the anti-expansion box is naturally improved.
Of course, there is no trailer that does not expand. Whether a trailer with the best quality can be used for a long time depends on the habits of the card friends.
On the basis that the trailer has a certain anti-expansion capacity, pay attention to light loading and slow unloading during transportation, turning slowly when fully loaded, and adding upper beams and lock rods for long-distance bulk cargo. In this way, a good trailer can play a powerful role!
