The wheels of a tanker have to "kiss" with the rough road surface every day. Wear and tear is naturally inevitable, but you can't take the tire wear lightly, because sometimes the hidden faults of the car can be found from the wear level of the tires. Generally speaking, if there is no problem with the car, the tire wear should be uniform. If the tire wear of your car is not uniform, then there may be a problem. Let us take a look at several common abnormal tire wear phenomena. And its solution:

1. Early wear and tear of the central part of the tanker tires: the main reason is the excessive inflation. Properly increasing the inflation of the tire can reduce the rolling resistance of the tire and save fuel. However, when the inflation rate is too large, it will not only affect the damping performance of the tire, but also cause the tire to deform too much and reduce the contact area with the ground. Normal wear and tear can only be borne by the central part of the tread, resulting in early wear. If a wide tire is used on a narrow rim, it will also cause early wear of the central part.

2. Excessive wear on both sides of tanker tires: the main reason is insufficient inflation or long-term overload driving. When the amount of inflation is small or the load is heavy, the contact surface between the tire and the ground is large, so that both sides of the tire are in contact with the ground to form early wear.

3. Excessive wear on one side of the tanker tire: the main reason is the misalignment of the front wheel. When the camber of the front wheel is too large, the outer edge of the tire will form early wear; when the camber is too small or not, the inner edge of the tire will form early wear.

4. Serrated wear on the tire tread: The main reason is improper adjustment of the front wheel positioning of the tanker, abnormal position of the front suspension system, loose ball head, etc., which caused the normal rolling wheels to slip or the wheel positioning constantly changed during driving. Tire wear is jagged.

5. Individual tires have a large amount of wear: the suspension system of individual wheels, the bending of the support or the unbalance of individual wheels will cause the early wear of individual tires. After this happens, check the positioning of the worn wheels, independent suspension springs and shock absorbers, and shorten the wheel rotation cycle.

6. Alopecia areata wear on tires: The reason for the appearance of alopecia areata wear on individual parts of the tire is poor tire balance. When an unbalanced wheel rotates at a high speed, individual parts are stressed and wear faster. At the same time, the steering is not smooth and the handling performance becomes poor. If you find that there is a slight jitter in a certain speed direction during driving, you should balance the wheels of the tank truck to prevent alopecia areata from wearing.
