2. After opening the manhole, check whether there is agglomerated powder or granule in the tank, especially the tank that has been filled with powder or granule and has not been used for a long time. Check carefully to remove the agglomerated powder or granule.

What to pay attention to when unloading the second ash semi-trailer
1. Connect the discharge pipe to the place where it needs to be connected to ensure a reliable seal.
2. Close the discharge valve, pressure relief valve, external air valve and secondary air valve.
3. Start the engine, when the brake pressure reaches 392kPa, step on the clutch pedal, pull out the handle of the pneumatic switch valve of the power take-off box in the cab, put the power take-off box in gear, and then slowly release the pedal to make the air compressor run Only when it is stable, can the hand throttle be increased to make the speed reach the rated speed and inflate the air chamber in the tank.
4. When the pressure in the tank, that is, the pressure gauge reads 196kPa, open the discharge butterfly valve. During the conveying process, if the pressure rises to exceed 196kPa, the pipeline is blocked.
5. Control the hand throttle to keep the ash unloading pressure at 145-165kPa, and the general unloading speed is 1.2T/min. When the ash unloading is completed, the pressure in the tank drops to 9.8-19.6kpa. At this time, the secondary air ball valve should be opened to make All ash unloading pipelines are dredged.
6. Release the accelerator pedal, step on the clutch pedal, disconnect the power take-off, and stop the air compressor.
7. Open the pressure relief valve to discharge the remaining compressed gas in the tank so that the pressure in the tank is equal to atmospheric pressure, and it can avoid the "clamshell" accident when the feed port is opened.
8. When the horizontal distance is 5 meters and the input height exceeds 15 meters, after opening the butterfly valve to discharge the material, then the secondary air ball valve should be opened to dilute the powder and granular concentration and increase the ash discharge height.
