From the top structure, the sedan can generally be divided into skeleton type, fully enclosed type and semi-enclosed type:

2. Fully enclosed. This type is designed with doors or tarpaulins on the sides, top, front and rear, looking like a van trailer, improving the protection of the vehicle being transported and making it more suitable for transporting vehicles of higher value.
Relatively, this fully enclosed structure of the coupe has a greater deadweight and higher purchase cost due to the addition of baffles, and the consumption of consumables such as fuel is also greater, contrary to the skeleton structure.
3. Semi-enclosed type. Compared to the skeleton type, this model has door panels on both sides, but the top and rear remain open. Whether it is the degree of protection for the transport vehicle, or the purchase cost, the weight of the vehicle, fuel consumption and other perspectives, it is between the skeleton type and the fully enclosed type.
From the model point of view, the coupe can be divided into two main types: semi-trailer trains and medium axle trains. If the tractor type is taken into account, it is basically divided into three main categories: flat-head tractor + semi-trailer, long-head tractor + semi-trailer and medium axle coupe.
According to the regulations, a flat-head tractor + semi-trailer coupe can hold 6 vehicles, a long-head tractor + semi-trailer coupe can hold 7 vehicles, a medium-axle main vehicle can hold 5 vehicles, and with a trailer can hold 8-11 vehicles.
