1. The weld seam between the overturned beam and the web is cracked

2. Cracking of suspension ribs


Generally speaking, the arc angle at the cross-section change of the suspension rib of the dump semi-trailer is small, so the stress is too concentrated. fracture. Especially when the vehicle passes through complex road conditions, there will be torsion here, and cracks will appear in the web.

3. Suspension diagonal brace and suspension big brace are cracked


The suspension is an area with a large torsion, especially when the frame is turning quickly, the lateral force on the tire will act on the frame through the axle, leaf spring, suspension, etc., so the moment the frame bears Larger ones, especially at the lower wing, are more likely to be twisted and cause cracks in the inner and outer support plates.

4. Suspension brace cracking


The upper web of the suspension of some dump semi-trailers has no rib support and reinforcement, and the suspension braces are not welded to the connecting pipe. Diagonal brace cracking.

5. The tilting beam of the sub-frame strengthens the diagonal brace and cracks


There are generally two reasons for the cracking of the oblique bracing reinforced by the overturning beam of the subframe: the longitudinal beam of the subframe and the overturning beam are cross-jointed, and the strength is weak. When the vehicle is overturned and unloaded, the overturned beam is deformed; The oil cylinders are not synchronized, and the subframe is prone to torsional cracking.

As for the reasons for the cracking of the dump truck, the main reason is whether the design is reasonable and the production process is not up to standard.

Some manufacturers manufacture dump trucks according to the design ideas of ordinary semi-trailers. In fact, in addition to the general load-bearing capacity, the design of dump semi-trailers also takes into account the body, frame, The stress of different parts such as suspension. In addition, whether the material selection is standard, whether the welding seam is firm, whether the selection of each component meets the standard, etc., are all key factors affecting the quality of the vehicle.

After all, the hydraulic system is the power source for the tipping and unloading of the dump truck, and the stable operation of the hydraulic system can ensure the normal unloading.


The key parts must be reliable, such as axles. There are many brands of axles on the market at present, with large differences in price, quality and performance.
